Priced at Rs 5.76 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the base variant, Sail sedan competes against models including Honda Amaze, Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire and Hyundai Xcent. Chevrolet Sail sedan is one of the most affordable sedans available in the Indian market, and interestingly, it's not a sub-4 meter car like many of its competitors. It offers a plenty of space for five adults and a decent 370-litres of boot space. Available with a choice between the 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel mill, the Sail sedan shares its engines with the Sail Hatchback. The sedan gets a choice of the conventional five-speed manual transmission, as opposed to rivals that are available with an automatic gearbox.
