Benelli showcased some of the best looking motorcycles of recent times at the EICMA held in Milan a few weeks ago. Benelli India recently confirmed the Indian arrival of its adventure tourer – TRK 502 – sometime in 2017. According to the specifications released at the EICMA, the bike is powered by an all-new parallel-twin, liquid-cooled, 500cc engine delivering 47bhp of maximum power at 8,500rpm and 45Nm of optimum torque at 4,500rpm.The engine will deliver the power to the rear wheel using a six-speed gearbox. The 20-litre fuel tank makes touring on the Benelli TRK 502 effortless. Some of the other features include things like two 320mm discs at the front and a 260mm at the rear with ABS as standard. In the standard version, the bike will be given two 17" alloys with Pirelli Angel rubbers on them - 120/70 at the front and 160/60 at the rear. The 'off-road' version of the Benelli TRK 502 will be given aluminium rims at both the ends to help it withstand the harshness of harder terrains. The off-road version will have a 19" rim at the front and a 17" rim at the rear for better handling.
