Aesthetically, the 2020 Volkswagen Vento automatic remains identical to its manual counterpart. It continues to sport the same updated face with the GTI-inspired honeycomb grille with matching mesh pattern for the wide air-dam, giving it a sporty appeal.

The profile of the car is underlined by 16-inch Portago 10-spoke grey alloy wheels, electrically-operated ORVMs with LED turn signal lights, a chrome strip on the doors and black side skirts and more.

Dimensionally, the 2020 Volkswagen Vento Automatic remains identical to the manual variant. It measures 4390 mm in length, 1,699 mm in width, 1,467 mm in height with wheelbase standing at 2,553 mm.

The rear section of the 2020 Volkswagen Vento automatic is accentuated by a pair of smoked taillights and a beefy bumper with black underbody cladding with honeycomb pattern design element.

The car also gets a pair of dual-chamber LED headlamps along with integrated LED daytime running lamps, and sleek looking pair of fog lamps.

The 2020 Volkswagen Vento automatic comes powered by a 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine. It is the same powerhouse that does duty in the manual iteration of the car. The three-cylinder turbocharged unit is tuned to make 108 bhp of maximum power and 175 Nm of peak torque. It is offered only with the 6-speed torque converter.

As for interior, the first thing you'll notice is the new gear knob. Rest of the cabin remains identical as that of the manual Highline Plus variant. It continues to sport dual-tone beige and black cabin with a solid fit and finish. Also, the seats are wrapped in the same beige faux leather upholstery.
