Has Tata Motors Really Slashed the Prices of the Nexon EV Line-Up?

Price cut in the works for the Nexon EV line-up after the launch of the EV Max XM variant
Tata Motors has taken a rather enticing step for customers of its Nexon EV product range
It has cut prices for its Nexon EV Prime and EV Max in the Indian market
This is a direct result of a base variant being launched for the latter
The EV Prime gets a price cut of up to ₹ 50,000, based on the variant Prices now hover between ₹ 14.49-16.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
The pricing revision has left the feature list unchanged for the Nexon EV Prime as well
The Nexon EV Max gets a sizable price cut up to ₹ 85,000 with a new XM variant slotted in at ₹ 16.49 lakh (ex-showroom)
The new Max XM comes with a 3.3 kW charger or 7.2 kW charger option like its costlier siblings
The new version is ₹ 1 lakh cheaper than the XZ+ with the price revision
The new Max gets more features including automatic climate control, DRLs, projector headlights, electronic parking brake, connected vehicle
