The first V12 Ferrari series-production spider made in over 50 years has made its way to India. The 812 GTS gets a massive 6.5 litre naturally aspirated heart and you've got some unbelievable numbers here. Maximum power of 790 bhp and a peak torque 718 Nm. A rev limit of 8900 rpm and 80% of the torque is available at 3,500 rpm. And that's not all, this car does 0- 100 kmph in just 2.9 secs and has a top speed of 340 kmph. A 7- speed dual- clutch gearbox with shortened gear ratios will satisfy the purist within you. And yes it sports an Electric Power Steering (EPS), something not very common on cars from Ferrari. The hard top takes around 14 seconds to go down and this can be done at speeds up to 45 kmph. The dimensions remain exactly the same as the 812 superfast but the rear wheel arch has lost the 812 Superfast's characteristic aerodynamic by-pass. The cars' is priced at Rs. 7 crore (ex-showroom).
