The Mercedes-Benz EQC is the newest luxury electric SUV in the market and the first ever fully electric car from the German brand. The India launch of the car is expected to happen in the coming months. The EQC gets two asynchronous motors, one at each axle and the combined power output is 402 bhp. Mercedes claims a 0-100 kmph sprint time of just 5.1 seconds. The EQC offers a range of 450+ kilometres on full charge. Plugged into a DC fast-charger, the EQC can get up to 80 per cent charge in less than an hour. A wall-box charger will take close to 10-11 hours to charge the car. We expect the pricing to be a little over Rs. 1 crore at the time of the launch. Stay tuned for more updates on the EQC.
