Following the SUV’s introduction in our market back in 2019, this is the third update for the Hector, with the previous two coming in 2021 & 2023, respectively.
The new 5-seater Hector is priced from Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 18.99 lakh, while the 7-seaterHector Plus costs between Rs 17.29 lakh & Rs 19.49 lakh (introductory ex-showroom)
It debuts a chrome-finished grille with vertical louvres, revised bumper, new 18-inchalloys, as well as fresh Celadon Blue & Pearl White colour options.
The 2026 MG Hector gets refreshed interiors: two-row models feature Ice Grey & black upholstery, while three-row versions come with a black & tan cabin theme.
It retains the 14-inch screen but adds multi-finger swipe controls, upgraded RAM, & a new‘ wheel view’ 360° camera. Features include ADAS, ventilated seats, & a digital cluster.
MG is offering the new Hector with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit from the outgoing model, offered with MT & CVT options. The diesel model is set to arrive sometime in 2026.
