As per Toyota, the new Corolla Concept is based on its philosophy of ‘Mobility For All’ &features a marked design departure from its predecessors
The new Camry’s design is aligned with the company’s newer bZ series & the latest Prius offerings
The Corolla concept looks sharper & sportier than current models, featuring Toyota’s Hammerhead face with boomerang DRLs, wide lightbar, coupe-like roofline, floating pillars & asculpted rear with ducktail spoiler.
The cabin has a driver-focused theme with a steering-mounted digital cluster, haptic controls, & a co-driver display. A flat walk-through floor, crystal gear selector & floating consolecomplete the setup
Although Toyota hasn’t specifically confirmed it to have an all-electric powertrain setup, some of its styling & lighting elements hint at the possibility of the same.
That said, the company’s President & CEO, Koji Sato, has hinted at the possibility of ICE &hybrid setups for the new Camry as well
