The Kia EV2, which will be the smallest member of Kia’s EV family, finally has a debut date that comes a year after it was showcased in a concept form.
Kia will take the covers off the production-spec version of the EV2 on January 9 at the Brussels Motor Show 2026.
It retains its concept’s split headlamp setup with horizontally arranged LEDs & dual-stack DRLs. It also sports bold cladding, a chunky bumper, & low-set tail lamps.
While its interior remains hidden, it is expected to mirror that of larger models with a floating dashboard, dual free-standing displays, & a clean layout with minimal buttons.
Given that it will be Kia’s smallest electric offering & will be positioned below the EV3, it’s expected to share some of the electric powertrain elements with the latter as well.
Kia has also confirmed that it will unveil the performance-oriented GT variants of the EV3,EV4 & EV5. Kia is also set to unveil the second-gen Seltos globally on December 10, 2025
