Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Twin Incoming

It will be the seventh model to be based on the 650 Twins platform, and will be moreaffordable than the Classic 650.

Trademark Filing

Recent trademark filing by Royal Enfield hints at the Bullet 650 Twin, which will sport asimilar design as the Bullet 350.

Design Updates

It is expected to get the typical ‘Bullet’ styling elements, including hand-painted “Madrasstripes” on the fuel tank and bodywork.

Expected Differences

The Bullet 650 Twin will likely get a single-piece seat, and tweaked elements, includingrear mudguard design, handlebar design and saddle height.

Mechanicals

It is expected to share the Classic 650’s conventional fork with metal covers and share thesame tubular-steel frame

Engine

Royal Enfield will provide it with a 648 cc, parallel-twin engine making 46.4 bhp and 52.3Nm, coupled with a six-speed gearbox

Launch

It could be launched before the end of this year

Price

The Bullet 650 Twin is expected to cost less than the Classic 650, which is priced from Rs 3.37 lakh to Rs 3.50 lakh (ex-showroom)
