The 2025 BMW iX3 debuts as the first Neue Klasse SUV, bringing fresh design, advanced tech, & an improved driving range
The name was first used in the 1960s for many cars that defined BMW’s identity & it now returns as the base for the German brand’s next generation of EVs
The new iX3 debuts BMW’s fresh design language- upright stance, sleek headlights, flush handles, squared arches, 20-inch alloys (21/22 optional) & sharp split L-shaped taillights.
The new BMW iX3 features a 17.9-inch touchscreen with Panoramic Vision HUD, 520Lboot (1,750L with seats folded) & a 58L front trunk for cables or small bags.
It has a 108.7 kWh battery, with a claimed range of up to 805 km (WLTP). Power comes from a dual-motor setup (469 bhp/ 645 Nm), with an all-wheel drivetrain (AWD).
BMW is expected to bring the new electric SUV to India in a couple of years’ time as a locally assembled product but its price could hover around the ₹1-crore mark.
