Skoda Auto India is all set to unveil the Kylaq, its Hyundai Venue rival this year. Here’s when the subcompact SUV will make its global debut.
The Skoda Kylaq will make its global debut on November 6, 2024. The new offering has been designed and developed for the Indian market and will rival several subcompact SUVs on sale.
The upcoming Kylaq will be underpinned by the VW Group’s MQB A0 IN platform shared with the Kushaq and Slavia. It will also be built at the automaker’s Chakan facility.
Previous teasers have revealed design details like the split headlamps with high-set DRLs, the butterfly grille, sculpted bonnet, flared wheel arches and new L-shaped taillights.
Skoda Auto India will commence production and sales of the Kylaq in early 2025. The SUV will rival the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza and more.
