Tata Harrier EV BNCAP Score Out!

Variants Tested

Tata Motors submitted the Empowered+ 75 kWh single-motor and Empowered+ 75 kWh dual-motor models for testing

Scores

It secured 5 stars in both adult occupant protection (AOP) and child occupant protection (COP). In AOP, it managed a perfect score of 32 out of 32 points, while in COP it got 45 out of 49 points.

Safety Offered

As per the tests, the Harrier EV provided good protection in the frontal, side movable barrier, and the side pole impact tests to the test dummies positioned in the front seats.

Child Occupant Protection

The Harrier EV scored a full 24 points in the dynamic test and 12 out of 12 points in child restraint system installation, only losing points in the vehicle assessment department, with 9 out of 13 points.
