Triumph Motorcycles introduced the 2025 Speed 400 and the new Speed T4 recently. Here’s what makes both these motorcycles different from each other.
Sharing the same underpinnings, the Speed T4 gets new ‘400’ graphic on the fuel tank and differently styled reflective decals on the wheels.
The Speed T4 uses the 43 mm telescopic front forks instead of the gold-finished USDs on the Speed 400. The rear monoshock and brakes remain the same.
The Speed T4 uses the same 398 cc liquid-cooled motor but develops 30.6 bhp and 36 Nm, 9 bhp and 1 Nm less than the Speed 400.
The Speed T4 has a slightly shorter handlebar at 827 mm. The Speed 400 is 2 mm taller at 1,096 mm. The Speed T4 gets a longer 20 mm wheelbase at 1,406 mm and is heavier by 1 kg.
