The new variant slots between the 2.2 kWh and 3.5 kWh variants, thus taking the total variants count to six.
TVD has priced the new variant from Rs 1.10 lakh to Rs 1.12 lakh (on-road, Delhi, including state subsidy) for the dual-tone variants.
The new variant is available in the following colourways: Pearl White, Titanium Grey, Walnut Brown, Straight Blue-Beige, and Copper Brown-Beige.
It gets a 5-inch non-touch display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and USB mobile charger.
With the 3.1 kWh battery pack, the iQube 3.1 delivers an IDC-certified range of 121 kms. The battery pack powers a 4.4 kW electric motor, which is the same as the other variants.
The new variant has been introduced for buyers who want an affordable electric scooter with a high battery range, and are willing to settle for a smaller features list.
