Ultraviolette has expanded its lineup with the launch of the X47, a dual-purpose electric motorcycle, marking its second product release in India since its debut two years ago.
The X47 is priced at ₹2.49 lakh (introductory ex-showroom). It’s valid only for the first1,000 buyers, post which the starting price is set to rise to ₹2.74 lakh.
The X47 mirrors the F77 with its 10.3 kWh battery & 40.2 bhp output, doing 0 to 100 in8.1 seconds. It has an IDC-claimed range of 323 kms, while the 7.1 kWh base variant offers 211kms.
Its rider assistance suite uses a rear radar with 150-degree coverage & 200m tracking, offering blind spot & lane change assist, rear collision warning, overtake alerts, & objectdetection.
The motorcycle also gets 1080p front- & rear-facing cameras, & a second touch-operated display sits atop the main 5-inch TFT cluster. It also includes WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity & integrated microphone.
Bookings for the X47 are now open online, & Ultraviolette has promised it will start delivering the motorcycle in India from October 2025, & in the rest of the world in 2026
