For 7-Day Easy Return, can you pick up the car from my home?
Unfortunately, we currently do not collect it from your address. You will have to bring the vehicle to the dealership for re-inspection as there will be paperwork to be completed at the dealership.
Do I need to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel?
No. However, the vehicle cannot be returned on an empty tank.
Can I take the vehicle back to another dealership?

How long does it take to make a diagnosis/to service the car?
It generally takes between 24 and 48 hours after the car enters our workshop to diagnose the car. Depending on the severity, it may take up to 72 hours or more.
