Datsun GO Drives Nissan Group India Towards Growth in April
Nissan Group India has sold a total 5,301 vehicles in April 2014 as against 1,239 vehicles sold in April 2013. Of the total vehicles sold by the company in the month Datsun GO contributed more than half with 2691 units.

    Nissan Group India has sold a total 5,301 vehicles in April 2014 as against 1,239 vehicles sold in April 2013. Of the total vehicles sold by the company in the month Datsun GO contributed more than half with 2691 units. (Comparison: Datsun Go vs Maruti Alto 800 vs Hyundai Eon)

    Launched in March 2014, Datsun GO in no-time has become the top-selling model for the Nissan Group in India. The car has in fact done better than the Terrano, which was earlier leading the sales chart for Nissan. The GO is priced between Rs 3.12 lakh and Rs 3.70 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi.

    Mr. Kenichiro Yomura - President, Nissan Group of India said, "We are witnessing an encouraging growth in our sales. We ended FY-13 on a high and have begun the new financial year with a healthy 328% year-on-year growth for the month of April. Our focus is to continue this trend going forward."
