The 2019 JK Tyre-FMSCI National Racing Championship (JKNRC) will see an all women's team in participation under Team Ahura for the second year. The brainchild of former racer and team owner of Ahura Racing-Sarosh Hataria, this one-of-a-kind all-women's team will compete in the popular LGB-4 Formula Car category at the JKNRC. Six talented women drivers have been shortlisted to take part after a rigourous selection process and join the three members who joined the team during it maiden year.

Anindith Reddy dominated the final round of the 2017 JK Tyre FMSCI National Racing Championship and sealed the title in the Euro JK 2017 series, while Chittesh Mandody was crowned the winner in the LGB 4 series at the BIC on Sunday.

The 20th edition of the JK-Tyre FMSCI National Racing Championship has a host of categories including motorcycle racing for the first time this year. Round 2 saw Mumbai's Nayan Chatterjee and Hyderabad's Anindith Reddy scorch the track on Day 1 winning one race each in the highly competitive Euro JK 17 category.
