Benling Aura

Aura’s addition in Benling India product portfolio, helped the company entered into high-speed segment of India’s EV market. The flagship product comes with an exquisite design and spacious deck. The Aura is a retro-styled scooter but with modern machinery and features.

Key Highlight - One such feature that sets Aura apart is the Breakdown Smart Assistance System (BSAS). If there is any issue with controller, battery, motor or BMS, the e-scooter may stop, but on pressing the BSAS switch, it will restart and continue to run. Despite the breakdown, the scooter will take the rider upto 25 kms depending on battery charge.

Performance & range - For the powertrain, Benling Aura is equipped with a 2500 BLDC electric motor paired to a detachable 72V/43Ah lithium-ion battery, offering a range of 120 kms on a single charge. Top speed is rated at 70 kmph and the battery can be charged via a conventional household battery socket upto 100 percent in 4 hours. It comes in with built in safety features such as anti-theft alarm, rear wheel integrated locking system and remote keyless system with remote start and stop feature.

Design & Practicality - Other mechanics include telescopic suspension in the front and twin shocks at the rear and braking via disc brakes at both ends. The Benling Aura sits on 12” wheels fitted with 90/90 tyres. It weighs a total of 95 kgs and gets high ground clearance of 165mm. Onboard design elements sees Benling Aura, an Italian lookalike. It has front positioning L.E.D lamp, with front & rear LED indicator, flat seats and a large footboard. It also gets a fully smart digital instrument console and the company has also introduced smartphone connectivity and an in-built GPS system.

Smart features - Benling Aura is also equipped with a remote keyless system, Smart Charging Socket, USB charging Port (5-volt), anti-theft alarm, Regenerative Braking System, Smart Parking Assistant and an additional rear-wheel integrated locking system. The Paint used in model is of PU grade which is best in class in terms of finishing and durability.
