2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350

The Hunter 350 stands out with its compact and sporty design. It carries a retro-inspired silhouette, featuring a round headlamp and a short tail section, giving it a modern yet classic appeal. Unlike its heavier siblings, the Hunter 350 is 14 kg lighter than the Classic 350, making it more approachable for newer riders. The smaller 17-inch wheels, shorter wheelbase of 1370 mm, and low seat height of 790 mm contribute to its agile and nimble handling.

Offered in six color schemes across two variants, Dapper and Rebel, the Hunter 350 provides a lot of personalization options. The top-spec Metro variant comes with alloy wheels, dual-channel ABS, and LED taillights, while the base Retro variant has more basic features like wire-spoke wheels and single-channel ABS​

Powered by the same 349 cc J-series engine found in the Classic 350 and Meteor 350, the Hunter 350 produces 20.2 bhp at 6100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The engine is remapped for the Hunter, providing a crisper throttle response and a more youthful riding experience. Although the power figures remain the same, the engine feels more eager, especially when navigating urban traffic. The stubby exhaust note adds a lively character to the bike.

While the Hunter 350 isn't built for high-speed performance, it offers ample torque at low and mid-range RPMs, making it ideal for city rides. The bike comfortably cruises at 70-80 km/h, and can reach 110-115 km/h without feeling strained. However, vibrations start to creep in beyond 90 km/h, especially in the footpegs and seat, but they aren’t significant enough to dampen the overall experience

The Hunter 350 shines in terms of handling and agility. The compact size, lightweight of 181 kg, and sharp steering geometry make it one of the most flickable motorcycles in the Royal Enfield lineup. The rear-set footpegs, wide handlebars, and sportier rider triangle give it a more aggressive stance compared to its siblings, making it perfect for weaving through city traffic.

On a go-kart track, the Hunter 350 impresses with its handling, offering a fun and engaging ride. The Ceat Zoom XL tires provide decent grip for everyday riding, although stickier rubber would further improve its cornering ability. The dual-channel ABS adds confidence during hard braking, ensuring stable stops

Despite its sporty design, the Hunter 350 remains a comfortable motorcycle for daily use. The low seat height and upright riding posture make it accessible to a wide range of riders. The single-piece seat offers adequate padding for both the rider and pillion, though the compact size might feel slightly cramped for taller riders over long distances.

The suspension setup—telescopic forks at the front and twin shocks at the rear—strikes a good balance between comfort and agility. The bike handles bumps and rough patches with ease, making it suitable for both city streets and occasional highway trips​.
