Hyderabad-based EV start-up Gravton Motors had launched the Gravton Quanta electric scooter at an introductory price of Rs 99,000 (ex-showroom). The Gravton Quanta electric scooter was under development since 2016 with the frame, motor casing and battery pack locally developed. The cells and the magnet for the motor are imported, says the company. Gravton says the design of the Quanta electric scooter is aimed to appeal to a wider audience in both urban and rural markets.

If I buy the bike, where will I do the service? If something goes wrong, where will I get it? This is the big tension. I drive two hundred and fifty kilometers daily
