Just one month back i purchase okinava ridge plus in guntur to my father, my 780000 waste, dealers said this is good ev bike in reality worst than worst, after 10days lights and horn not working they said diffrent reason's til this date 3 time these problem vame battery mileage giving 60, speed 40-45, seat not comfortable and no foot rest's uncomfortable to second person when i raid 10mints i am getting back pain already my father got right hand pain. I suggest plz don't take this bike ????????????????i will give 0 rating's.

I listen From many dealers of okinawa they cheated by okinawa company in many ways. They said okinawa main staff in north India are cheaters highly doublecross the dealers. Staff changes daily so that no one take responsibility of dealer or customer . according to the dealers said when they send any warranty spare to company they take months to return back. company didn't send advance warranty part's to dealer when dealers already filled security amount towards company. Okinawa company is fraud at last

warranty is just a show put up by okinawa.... i purchase okinawa bike in the month of june 2019 in Manchiriyal show room . at the next day only the bike charger got faulty. forcefully i purchase the new charger by paying the extra amount of rs 2000/- again the charger got faulty in the month of January 2020 in the Show room itself. Again i purchase the new charger(without a day warranty) while doing periodically servicing. for more details regarding this, i kept an attachment also. kindly look into it. worst service by OKINAWA regarding warranty... for more details you can contact me on 8919100474 Name: Masood Ali
