The bike was first launched in 2012, the same year the company was named 'Hero Motorcorp'. The 125cc commuter bike scores points when it comes to styling and updates including redesigned body panels, front cowl, fresh graphics and body-coloured rear-view mirrors. The company has also managed to give Ignitor a digital-analogue instrument console. It is powered by an air-cooled, four-stroke 124.7cc SOHC engine that produces 11bhp of power and 11Nm of torque. Mated to a five-speed constant mesh gearbox, the bike is offered with optional disc brakes at the front while the rear wheels only get standard drums. It comes in five colours namely Pearl White, Vibrant Blue, Sports Red, Panther Black Metallic and Flaming Orange.
