Aprilia has launched the SR 150 for a price tag of Rs. 65000, Ex-showroom, Delhi, for Indian commuter buyers. The large 14-inch alloy wheels, twin headlamps implanted in the front apron, sharp character lines and step-up inspired single seat add to the sporty quotient while also making it dramatically different from anything presently on offer in the scooter segment. The model is available in two colour options including Black and White, the colors showcased at the Auto Expo lately.
Aprilia’s affordable offering for the Indian market, SR 150 is a chic looking two-wheeler that combines style of a motorcycle and comfort of a scooter. Sharing styling cues with the bigger Aprilia scooters, SR 150 looks similar to other models from Aprilia’s range with similar European inspired styling. Power is sourced from the 154.4cc single cylinder, engine linked to an automatic gearbox.
