BMW K 1600 GTL

The BMW K 1600 series is the Bavarian automaker's flagship touring motorcycle series, and it gets three models - The K 1600 B (K 1600 Bagger), K 1600 GTL, & the top-of-the-line K 1600 Grand America. Powering the BMW Motorrad K 1600 GTL is a 1,649 cc inline six-cylinder motor, which remains to be the only inline-six engine on a production motorcycle available now. Output is huge as expected, with 158 bhp at 6,750 rpm and a whopping 180 Nm torque at 5,250 rpm.

The BMW Motorrad K 1600 GTL packs in many features that justify its hefty price tag. The K 1600 B gets a full LED headlamp, a large 10.25 inch full-HD TFT colour display with navigation and smartphone connectivity, audio system 2.0, BMW ShiftCam variable camshaft control system, wireless smartphone charger, USB charging port, radar guided active cruise control, keyless entry, heated grips & seats, and more.

The BMW K 1600 GTL also gets a big pillion backrest, meaning that two people can go on a long cruise on this motorcycle in supreme comfort and luxury. The pillion seat backrest also gets integrated storage, taking the total storage capacity of the motorcycle up to 113 litres. The rear section of the K 1600 GTL also gets a different design. The motorcycle is offered in two variants and three colour options - Style Exclusive (blue metallic), Black Storm Metallic, and Option 719 Mineral White Metallic With Stripes.
