The seven-seat configuration inside offers comfortable space in the first and second rows but the third row is meant only for kids. Pros

  • The configuration of seats inside gives comfort. There is power steering and the car runs on the economy. That's a big pro.
icon

Cons

  • The car has a very ordinary look. The company has tried very hard to give the car an extended and impressive look but it has failed there. The handbrake lever is not comfortable for the tall drivers. There is no music system, even a basic one. The USB port is used for charging the phone only. There is no other function of it. the material used inside is not so good and not at all attractive. The car is noisy. You can hear all sorts of noises within the cabin. This noise becomes unbearable as you begin to accelerate. The insulation of the car should have been given a better thought.
Verdict

It's a family car, an affordable car, and it's spacious too. It's fuel-efficient. This way, it fits your pocket. The cabin remains noisy and irksome. There is no music system and that's a big miss. The car, despite its economy, will face competition from other cars from different makers. But, it's an economy car all the same and your family ride will be reasonably good. There is a problem of engine reluctant to give speed even after you press on the gas. The chassis is robust and the suspension is pretty smooth. The car really runs well at moderate speed. The car should run better and smoother at high speed also. That's an area of concern for the makers. The plain-Jane look can be spruced up with little thought and without much extra cost.

Datsun Go Plus

Nissan’s newest addition to its inventory of automobiles, the Datsun Go Plus, is also the company’s most formidable rival. In addition to providing cutting-edge technology, it also has a sophisticated and fashionable design. In addition to this, it is equipped with a wide variety of characteristics that distinguish it from its rivals. In this article, we will take a closer look at some of the most notable characteristics of Datsun Go Plus.

How is the Design?

The Datsun Go Plus is a stylish MUV. Because of its small size and user-friendliness, it is ideally suited for life in the city, while the all-wheel drive capabilities ensure that it performs very well off-road. The Go Plus appears to be a futuristic concept car because of its minimalist design, and its basic controls ensure that even inexperienced drivers will have no trouble controlling the vehicle. In addition, the dynamic grille of the new Datsun GO Plus makes you stand out from the crowd. It’s a family car, an affordable car, and it’s spacious too.

What’s more, it’s fuel-efficient. This way, it fits within your budget, not just when you purchase it but also afterwards. It’s an economy car, so your family ride will be reasonably good. The chassis is robust, and the suspension is pretty smooth. The car runs well at moderate speed.

How does it perform?

This year has introduced a brand-new subcompact vehicle manufactured by Datsun called the Go Plus. It is propelled by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine that generates 105 horsepower and 106 pound-feet of torque and is built on the Datsun GO platform. The vehicle has a front-wheel drive configuration, a manual transmission, and five gears. The Go Plus has a top speed of 186kmph, a city fuel economy of 15 Kmpl and a highway fuel economy of 16 Kmpl. In addition, the car has a suspension tuned to improve its handling, an air conditioning system with three different modes, Bluetooth connectivity, alloy wheels that are 17 inches in diameter, and fabric upholstery that has stitching. The Datsun Go Plus is a compact car available in two trims: the S and the SE. The SE has a few extra features, like alloy wheels and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, but it’s not much of an upgrade over the S. Datsun GO Plus is currently available in a Petrol engine. The 1198 cc Petrol engine generates a power of 67.05bhp@5000rpm and a torque of 104Nm@4000rpm. Datsun GO Plus is available in both Manual & Automatic transmissions. The kerb weight of GO Plus is 921 Kg. In configurations, Datsun GO Plus has dimensions of 3995 mm in length, 1636 mm in width and 1507 mm^3 mm in height. The Datsun Go Plus is powered by a 1.2L 3-cylinder DOHC petrol engine that churns out 68Ps of power and a peak torque of 104Nm. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Overall, the Datsun Go Plus is a great choice for those looking for an affordable, reliable car option. Its small size makes it easy to park in tight spaces, and its range should be more than enough for most commuters.

How’s the Mileage?

The GO Plus mileage is 18.57 to 19.80 kmpl. The Manual Petrol variant has a mileage of 19.80 kmpl. The Automatic Petrol variant has a mileage of 18.57 kmpl.

How’s the Driving Experience?

The Datsun Go Plus is an excellent vehicle for navigating the confines of a city. It also has a very low impact on the environment regarding fuel consumption. Because of its spacious seats and generous legroom, travelling in it is also a pleasant experience. The only significant drawback is that the stereo sound quality isn’t particularly high. Datsun Go Plus is the next big thing in affordable, reliable transportation. With a starting price of just 4 Lakhs and a range of over 300 miles, this car is perfect for those on a budget. It comes equipped with all the standard features you would expect in a modern car, like air conditioning and a CD player. So if you’re looking for an affordable new car that can do it all, Datsun Go Plus is definitely worth your attention.

How’s its Off-road Capability?

Considering its affordable price point, the Datsun Go Plus boasts outstanding off-road prowess. It boasts an approach and departure angle among the best in its category, along with a low centre of gravity, acceptable ground clearance, and decent ground clearance. The suspension is also well adapted to the challenge of driving through uneven terrain.

However, the vehicle cannot be used in some off-road environments because it has such a high centre of gravity. Because of its weight, it may be slow to move on uneven terrain because of the resistance caused by its weight. Because the car has frameless windows, it is susceptible to wind and rain entering the interior. Thus, exercising extreme caution would help when driving in stormy weather.

What’s the Interior like?

The Datsun Go Plus may be the right vehicle for you if you want something compact and economical on gas. The interior is uncomplicated yet tastefully designed, and several storage places are available to meet your requirements. If you’re in the market for a new compact car and are looking for something with an interesting design, a great engine, and plenty of space inside, you’ll want to take a look at the Datsun Go Plus. The seater has a boot space of 343 L. The inside of the Go Plus features simple and clean lines. There is ample leg/shoulder/head room for all occupants. The rear rows can be folded to fit more luggage. Like its sibling, the Go Plus also features front-connected seats, leather-feel grain texture on the car’s dash and interiors, and a glove box and side pockets.

This little car has it all - from its sleek style to its powerful engine. Plus, its interior is incredibly spacious and comfortable. So whether you’re looking for a fun-to-drive vehicle that can take you wherever you want to go or simply want somewhere comfortable to sit while driving, the Datsun Go Plus is worth considering.

If you are searching for a car that is both economical and able to deliver satisfactory performance, the Datsun Go Plus is an excellent option to consider.
