If reports are to be believed, Mahindra, the home-grown utility vehicle maker, is set to join the continuously growing list of companies that continue to explore the world of driverless cars.

Mahindra & Mahindra today announced that Chetan Maini, CEO, Mahindra Reva would be moving to a new and diversified role within the Group. He will be replaced by Arvind Mathew who will take on the reins of Mahindra's electric vehicle subsidiary. Both the roles of Chetan Maini as well as Arvind Mathew would be effective May 1, 2015.

Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra Group, received the Sustainable Development Leadership Award from The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI).
