The new Ducati SuperSport will certainly appeal to those looking to upgrade to a full-faired Ducati sportbike, without compromising on ergonomics or comfort for regular use. The Ducati SuperSport certainly makes a very good example for an easy to ride Ducati sportbike with entertaining performance for the experienced rider, and that itself makes a very good case to consider one. Starting at ₹ 12.08, it's certainly not entry-level pricing, and that is the only downside we could think of.

The base trim SuperSport 950 is only offered in Ducati Red colour.
The Ducati SuperSport 950 is powered by the 937 cc Testastretta, 11 degrees, twin-cylinder engine. The motor is now Euro5/BS6 compliant and belts out 110 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 93 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The oil bath clutch is now activated by the new hydraulic control with a self-bleeding radial-pump equipped with an adjustable lever.
Visually, the most notable upgrade made to the new Ducati SuperSport 950 is the revised fairing that takes inspiration from the Panigale V4. The new side panels come with twin air ducts that divert the heat away from the rider. The twin LED headlights are now integrated into the fairing while the intakes next to the headlights feed fresh air into the engine. The two bi-function LED modules complement a low beam and a high beam that create a symmetrical look as soon as the lights turn on.
The bike comes with a new 4.3-inch full-TFT display and improved electronics like - Bosch Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, and Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) up / down EVO. The bike also gets three Riding Modes - Sport, Touring, Urban. As for the cycle parts, the SuperSport 950 comes with a single-sided swingarm, a trellis frame fixed to the engine, raised handlebars for greater control, a revised pillion seat, multi-adjustable suspension, three-spoke "Y" aluminium wheels and Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3 tyres.
Suspension duties on the SuperSport 950 are handled by 43 mm Marzocchi USD forks up front, fully adjustable in hydraulics and preload, along with a Sachs monoshock at the rear with spring preload adjustment and hydraulic brake in extension. The SuperSport 950 S, on the other hand, is equipped with multi-adjustable Ohlins suspension at both ends. Upfront, we have 48 mm stanchions forks, with TiN treatment, and at the rear, an Ohlins mono-shock, fully adjustable, with an integrated gas tank. Braking performance comes from Brembo M4-32 monobloc radial calipers with two 320 mm discs at the front, while the rear wheel gets a 245 mm disc with a Brembo two-piston caliper.
