Bajaj Pulsar 220F On Road Price in Kaushambi

Bajaj Auto has confirmed that the updated Pulsar 220F does not feature dual-channel ABS, contradicting earlier reports.

Most two-wheeler makers are hiking prices across their respective BS6 range and Bajaj Auto too has increased prices on several models across its range. The company has silently increased prices on the BS6 compliant version of the Pulsar 220F that was introduced earlier this year. The Bajaj Pulsar 220F BS6 is a price hike of Rs. 2,503, and now retails at Rs. 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The BS6 version of the popular 220F was introduced in April this year and had already received a price increase of Rs. 8960 over the BS4 model. The latest price increase pushes the overall hike to Rs. 11,463 over the older version.

The Bajaj Pulsar 220F has been introduced with a new Volcanic Red paint scheme in India, priced at Rs. 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom). The colour option is available in addition to the black and blue shades that is already on sale and the pricing too remains unchanged. The red shade was originally launched with the Pulsar 220F when the fuel-injected version over a decade ago and the paint option makes a comeback after a while on the long-selling motorcycle. The Bajaj Pulsar 220F continues to be a popular offering from the manufacturer, and the new matte colour does bring a little nostalgia to it.

Bajaj Auto's Pulsar brand is one of the more iconic motorcycle brands in the Indian two-wheeler market and the company has achieved a new milestone with the Pulsar series achieving the one crore sales mark. To commemorate the milestone, the Indian motorcycle giant has launched the Black Pack Edition for the 2018 Bajaj Pulsar 150, 180 and 220F range.

Bajaj has commenced dispatching the 2017 versions of the bikes to dealerships across the county. The first to arrive at showrooms is the 2017 Pulsar 220F that sports a host of aesthetic and mechanical upgrades including a BSIV compliant engine and is priced at Rs. 91,000 (ex-showroom, Thane).
