In Financial Year 2022-23, Hero Electric sold over 1 lakh units and witnessed a 20 per cent in revenue over the previous fiscal year.

Hero Electric as the company announced that it posted zero dispatches in April 2022 due to the semiconductor chip shortage, while the waiting period for its electric offerings has gone up to 60 days and certain dealerships do not have stock to display at the moment.

The Hero Electric Eddy will be priced at Rs. 72,000 (Ex-showroom) will be launched in the coming months and will be offered in two colour options.

The first model to be rolled out at the plant was the Hero Electric Optima, while the company also plans to manufacture to NYX at the same facility.

India's leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer has joined hands with the State Bank of India to provided easy financing solutions to customers.

As part of the collaboration, Hero Electric will supply 10,000 Nyx electric scooters to the logistic aggregators and fleet operators via ALT Mobility by 2023.

As part of the partnership, Hero Electric's e-scooters - Optima and NYX will be manufactured at Mahindra's Pitampur facility, which aims to address the growing demand for EVs.

Hero Electric has already delivered 100 electric scooters to Turtle Mobility and the company has plans to deliver 1,000 more electric scooters by the end of 2022.

As part of the association with BattWheelz Mobility, Hero Electric will deliver 4,000 electric two-wheelers by FY 2022-23.
