    It's good for 10 kilometer around your City

    I listen From many dealers of okinawa they cheated by okinawa company in many ways. They said okinawa main staff in north India are cheaters highly doublecross the dealers. Staff changes daily so that no one take responsibility of dealer or customer . according to the dealers said when they send any warranty spare to company they take months to return back. company didn't send advance warranty part's to dealer when dealers already filled security amount towards company. Okinawa company is fraud at last

    warranty is just a show put up by okinawa.... i purchase okinawa bike in the month of june 2019 in Manchiriyal show room . at the next day only the bike charger got faulty. forcefully i purchase the new charger by paying the extra amount of rs 2000/- again the charger got faulty in the month of January 2020 in the Show room itself.     Ekdam third class scooter and service

    I had brought ridge+ bike. After buying, within 1 month battery not working and bike goes to off road. Dealer and company not getting any response about when battery will come back. From last two months my new bike is off road like scrap vehicle. Please don't purchase anybody such company scooters and bike. Very poor service and irresponsible staff. 9763087254,8055446960

    Dear all, I had brought Okinawa ridge+ scooter number MH14HT 5046. In oct 2019. Please don't think about buy Okinawa electric scooters. Very poor service about repairs, battery problem, my scooter is off road from last 2 months due to battery problem. My 77000/- rupees has gone to hell because of this nonsense company. Gadi kharid lene ke 1 month baad hi kharab hui hai. Aur aaj Tak band hai. Main fas gaya. Aap log mat fasana.

    Very expensive for a modest bike

    I purchased Ridge+ from Okinawa's Chennai dealer. Though they promise a lofty 120 kms per charge, in reality it only gives 80 kms per charge. I was unfortunate enough to receive a faulty bike which gave only 46 kms per charge, the speedometer did not work properly among other issues. It's been very difficult for me to contact their customer care because they never answer. Their emails don't work. Their dealer doesn't know how to fix the bike either. I am not sure how good their scooter is, but i can tell you, they only care about sales. Don't fall for their advertisements.

      Peppy. And powerful enough for two people. Father and 10 yr daughter. No complaints whatsoever. Mileage of 120 is in standard test condition. What I actually get is almost half . This calculation works for all battery driven vehicles. Switches are a bit sloppy. Hardware improvement is a must if the company wants to succeed.

      Poor milage and no response from the dealers

      I brought ridge plus vehicle in Hyderabad. They said 100 Kms for 1 single fully charged battery. I got 100 Kms with fault speedometer. The speedometer shows (10kms travelled means it shows 15-20kms) almost double distance. When I rectified that the speedometer is not working properly so I requested to change the speedometer. They changed the speedometer and I got exact travelling distance but I was getting 45-50kms per single fully charged battery. And there is no response from the dealer. I am sincerely suggesting not to buy these vehicles from that huge amount. Better to try some other vehicles.

      They r saying 100 to 120 km per charge But it give only 60-70km .....they will misguide u it is lithium ion powerful no need maintenance...nut bikes battery failed within one month.... So please dont go for okinawa becoz 1)its waste of money go for other companies where bike don't need registration..they will cheaper than this Okinawa product's 2) poor response after sales 3) very delicate body (ridge plus)

      Okinawa Ridge Plus - A pleasant EV

      I am using my Okinawa Ridge+ (Lithium battery powered) since 6 months. Odo shows about 1800 km. I really enjoy riding it. I like the silent, smokeless, smooth electric motor. The power and speed are okay for casual single drives. Ridge+ can handle the bad and slopy roads fairly well when the payload (driver+luggage weight) is about 60 to 70 kgs. I can drive my Ridge+ about 50 kms after a full charge. Top speed I could reach is about 45kmph. On the other hand, after the purchase - at least for few days - I felt that I have been cheated by Okinawa. It's speedometer, odometer and battery indicators are not completely useless. Speedo just boasts about 10 km (20%) more speed. Odo adds additional half km for every 1 km you drive i.e., if you run 1 km, odo display is about 1.5 km. Battery indicator says battery is full unless the battery is discharged to 50%. I almost stopped watching trip meter. If you were used to drive a petrol powered 2-wheeler at 60kmph or more, you will feel helplessness for couple of days. But you can adjust - sooner or later. You have to re-learn clutch-less driving especially stopping in the middle of a steep slope. It is easy and within a couple of minutes you will do good. Top speed is always limited to about 45 kmph (or to 55 kmph as per my Ridge+ speedometer). Acceleration is smooth. But, you may feel no response at times while slowing and speeding up. In other words, you have to turn the throttle to particular angle to reach particular speed. You will notice slow but steady decrease in the speed and power as the battery gets discharged. Don't even attempt riding while battery indicator shows a single bar, unless it is an emergency. Power and driving range are two limitations you should keep in mind. Headlight is a bit dull but probably okay for the speed. You will miss disc brakes. However, you don't need to change oil like you do for petrol 2-wheelers. There is no chain or clutch to cause major wear and tear. Ridge+ is a true gear-less 2-wheeler. Even during the heavy rains Ridge+ showed no engine issues. My dealer is very kind (Ujire 2019) though he lied at times. Overall, I love riding this EV.
