- Aprilia launched the updated RS 457 in India in February 2026.
- The base versions are priced at Rs. 4.22 lakh (ex-showroom).
- This price also applies to the new colour shades named Arsenic Yellow and Coral Blue Snake shown at IBW 2025.
- In fact, there's even a new GP Replica variant priced at Rs. 4.37 lakh (ex-showroom).
- The Aprilia RS 457 is known to offer buyers a good performance at an affordable price.
- While the prices initially went up with GST regulations, they were later corrected to match the launch price.
- Now, the manufacturer even offers an optional quickshifter for the motorcycle.
Features and Equipment of the 2026 Aprilia RS 457
- There are no changes to the original equipment on the Aprilia RS 457.
- Come 2026, buyers have an optional quickshifter and a new GP Replica Edition.
- Aprilia had showcased this special edition motorcycle in India at the IBW 2025.
- This is also the third replica colour that made its global debut at the EICMA Show in 2025.
- Interestingly, the Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica boasts a bi-directional quickshifter as standard.
- As for the cosmetic enhancements, the GP Replica gets a primary black colour.
- However, it is adorned with official sponsor graphics to resemble the original RS-GP race bike.
- Moreover, the frame and the swingarm of the motorcycle gets a blacked-out finish.

- The 2026 Aprilia RS 457 base version, or for that matter the Replica Edition, both remain mechanically the same.
- They are powered by a 457cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine.

Verdict
The Aprilia RS 457 seems to be a motorcycle with solid potential. It is a good-looking machine with decent engine specifications and features. We are yet to ride the motorcycle but at price of Rs. 4.10 lakh (ex-showroom), it could have been priced below Rs. 4 lakh for it to be even more competitively priced compared to its rivals.
