The Mahindra XUV500 is a mid-size SUV produced by the Indian car manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra. It was first launched in India in 2011 and has since undergone several updates. The XUV500 is known for its bold and muscular styling, spacious and feature-packed cabin, and powerful engine options. The SUV is powered by a 2.2-liter diesel engine that produces 155 hp and 360 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. The XUV500 is also available in a petrol variant that is powered by a 2.0-liter engine that produces 140 hp and 320 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The XUV500 comes loaded with features such as a touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, leather upholstery, sunroof, and many more. It also comes equipped with safety features such as ABS with EBD, hill hold and descent control, airbags, and a reverse camera. Overall, the Mahindra XUV500 is a popular choice among SUV buyers in India due to its striking looks, feature-rich cabin, and powerful engine options.
