Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton's future with Mercedes-AMG has long been speculated but the driver has decided to continue with the championship-winning team. The British driver has signed a two-year contract with the Mercedes keeping him with the team until the end of 2020. There was little clarity on Hamilton's plans for next year with his current contract with Mercedes ending at the end of this season.

The Frenchman sealed the crown for this season after starting at the back of the grid after being excluded from qualifying, but worked his his to finish the race in fifth place. The Baja Aragon rally scheduled between July 20-22, 2018, in Teruel, Spain, marks the international rally debut of Pissay in the sport. The announcement marks the end of an 18-year career for the Spaniard, 12 years of which were spent in the premier class of the championship. The Spaniard announced his exit from the sport ahead of the German Grand Prix later this week.
