What's New?

Introduction

TVS launched the most advanced version of the Raider in October 2025.
It boasts several segment-first features along with minor cosmetic updates.

Features and Equipment

For a fresh avatar, the new Raider gets metallic silver bodywork.
And to add a sporty appeal, the bike gets red contrasting alloy wheels.
The bike now boasts segment-first Dual Disc brakes with single-channel ABS for improved braking control.
And for enhanced grip and stability, the Raider gets wider tyres sized at 90/90-17 (front) and 110/80-17 (rear).
The bike even gets a Follow Me Headlamp function, which keeps the light on for a few seconds after the ignition is turned off.
Moreover, riders have the choice of two connected display options.
There's either a full TFT cluster with over 99 features or a reverse LCD display with more than 85 features.
Other USPs include a TVS SmartXonnect system with Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call handling, and notification management.

Engine and Gearbox

The Raider's engine continues to be the same 125cc three-valve unit.
This mill produces 11.75Nm of torque at 6,000rpm.
There's an added Boost Mode with iGO Assist to provide quick acceleration assist.
In addition, the bike also gets Glide Through Technology allowing the bike to move smoothly without constant throttle input.

Raider’s digital display, good fuel efficiency, and the stylish build are perfect for everyday use. It’s smooth, economical, and has great features for its price. Truly value for money but the seat gets uncomfortable during long trips. Handling is easy, especially in traffic, but it could use some extra padding in the seat.

Feedback on TVS Raider Connect Variant

Dear TVS Team, I recently purchased the TVS Raider Connect variant a couple of months ago, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience so far. While I was excited about the additional features that come with this variant, such as the connectivity options, I have found that the price difference of ?10,000 compared to the standard variant may not be justified. The features, like call attend and hang-up options, are not as functional as I expected. I still need to stop the bike to answer calls, which defeats the purpose of having these features. Additionally, the user interface of the screen feels quite basic, lacking menu toggle options that would enhance usability. I believe improvements in these areas could greatly enhance the overall riding experience. I hope my feedback reaches the appropriate team and contributes to future enhancements. After a year i can say it’s been a good commuter bike. The engine performance is smooth, and the fuel efficiency is excellent. It handles well in city traffic, and the suspension does a decent job of absorbing bumps. However, the seat comfort could be improved for longer rides. The design is sporty, but the lack of advanced features is noticeable. It’s a solid choice for daily rides but not the best for long trips.
