Hey brother tanuja its not the company that costs you extra but its the taxes that we pay and about that rolls royce we have to pay 200 percent taxes for that its not the fault of companies....and we should protest against the taxes and fuel prices which is 100 though they can sell it at 50rs maximum but they want money from poor and rich both

I bought this for pleasure of driving but it became a nightmare driving in crowded Indian roads. The roads do not justify buying these luxury cars as the suspension (air suspension on these) will suffer every moment the car is being driven. Moreover, this SUV is not available with V12 variant. I have GL 550 in Los Angeles and that is way way better than GLS 400 Grand. GL550 is V12 supercharged AMG edition. I don't mind paying money for good luxury car that I can drive for pleasure but what is the use of a car that cannot handle nasty roads properly. Even on top of that there is no respect for any car/object/person on road in India. A rikshaw puller will ding your car and you have no choice of getting tangled with him for no reason. Then Insurance will definitely give you hard time getting that ding fixed. Good luck if you are buying this car in India. If you have enough money to buy this car there then go to a country that offers better civilization and better roads.

  • Only mental people buy these cars in INDIA.

If you are deciding to buy this vehicle, congrats. Very nice choise but if you buy in india you will be bankrupt. You can save about 20- 25 lakhs if you buy it from foreign countries. I dont know why all these luxury vehicles are giving at least 30% asking price in India. Fot example, a rolce royce ghost with full options costs 6-7crores here but you can get it for 4-5 crores outside. I dont know why they are passive to india. Thats why there are very few supercars in india. Just understand now atleast why there are hundreds of supercars in dubai, and other countries. Thats because its very cheap there ( i did not mean cheap as 10 lakhs). So i really say you to buy these type of vehicles from outside. Even the road quality is excellent outside. Don't even ask me the road quality in India.
