Norton Motorcycles, which is right now working on its all-new 650 cc Atlas Scrambler, will be launching the bike in India in 2020. This information was shared with us by Norton's Indian partner Kinetic Motoroyale's managing director Ajinkya Firodia, on the sideline of a recent event, where the company launched 7 new motorcycles.

Should the owners fail to upgrade their vehicle number plate to high security ones, they could be imposed a fine if Rs. 500 or even wore go to jail for three months. While new vehicles are already equipped with these high security registration plates, the move will largely affect old vehicle owners that have been running with regular plates.
