Is the Vespa 125 suitable for highway rides?

The Vespa 125 can comfortably handle short highway rides. It remains stable at cruising speeds of around 60-70 kmph, thanks to its steel monocoque body. However, the 125 cc engine is better suited to relaxed cruising than high-speed touring. Overtaking requires planning, and the scooter offers limited wind protection, so long highway journeys can become tiring.
