However, Bajaj dealers have confirmed to carandbike that the 2019 Bajaj Dominar will be priced at Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new pricing makes the comprehensively updated motorcycle about Rs. 10,000 more expensive than the outgoing version that retailed at Rs. 1.63 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). For the additional price though, the new Dominar is now an extensively changed offering, addressing several issues over its predecessor.

The Bajaj Dominar was first launched in December 2016 and while it was an impressive offering, the flagship Bajaj did have something lacking. With the 2019 Dominar 400, the bike maker seems to have addressed some of that with upgrades that are both visual and mechanical. The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 UG boasts of a host of new and sophisticated components, while also receiving a bump in power from its engine. While Bajaj Auto did reveal the 2019 Dominar in its TVC, a new set of leaked images of what appears to be from the bike's manual have made its way online. The leaked images though reveal details about the engine specifications on the updated Dominar that includes more power, among other upgrades. Dealerships have already started accepting bookings for the 2019 Dominar.
