What's New?

The BSA Scrambler 650 will be the second model in the revived BSA motorcycle line-up. In 2022, BSA Motorcycles gave a glimpse of what could be its upcoming model lineup by unveiling a Scrambler concept. The concept could potentially evolve into a production scrambler model, built upon the foundation of the Gold Star 650. This concept shares the same 652 cc platform as the Gold Star 650. According to Classic Legends, part of the Mahindra Group, which revived the BSA brand, the BSA Scrambler 650 concept serves as a design study concept to assess public response before determining whether it will proceed to production.

This concept is based on the firm's BSA Gold Star 650. The iconic British motorcycle brand has made a significant comeback, thanks to its revival by Classic Legends, a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group. The new Gold Star 650 aims to revive the prestigious brand's legacy while catering to both traditional enthusiasts and modern riders alike. The BSA Gold Star is built on a 652 cc, single-cylinder, four-valve DOHC, liquid-cooled engine with twin spark plugs, and has an output of 45 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 55 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine has been built in collaboration with Austrian company BRP-Rotax and the Technical University of Graz, which has helped tweak the engine to meet the latest emission standards.
