Ferrari was founded by Enzo Ferrari in late 1930s and the first Ferrari badged car was built in 1947. Ferrari models are globally renowned and the company had been competing in various motorsport events from the beginning through its sporting division Scuderia Ferrari. Currently, Ferrari participates only in Formula One and is the only team that has been competing in the Formula One World Championship since its outset in 1950.
The first road car built by Ferrari was 125 S sport, two years later the company introduced Ferrari 166 Inter and Dino was the first mid-engined car produced by Ferrari. The company has also produced several concept cars and one-off special versions of its road cars.
