Hyundai i10 Downgraded in ASEAN NCAP Crash Test Rating
The Hyundai i10 has fared abysmally at the ASEAN NCAP crash test, with the popular hatchback receiving an overall star rating of 1 out of 5. Despite the tested variant being equipped with dual front airbags, the Hyundai car managed only 1 star in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) after it scored 4.40 points (out of a maximum of 16.00) during the crash test.
Over 2 Million Hyundai i10 Units Sold Globally
Hyundai, the South Korean automaker, has announced that it has sold over 2 million units of the i10 globally. The vehicle made its global debut in India in 2007 and even after the new-gen model, Grand i10 in India, entered the market, the old model is on sale in India.
