Introduction 

• The MG Gloster is a full-size premium SUV positioned as the brand’s flagship model in India. 

• It is available in both six- and seven-seater layouts, making it suitable for large families and long-distance travel. 

• A highlight of this premium SUV is that it won the ‘Premium SUV of the Year’ at the 2021 Autocar Awards.  

• This car competes in the same segment as the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Meridian, and Volkswagen Tiguan.  

MG Gloster – Exterior 

• The Gloster has a large chrome grille, tall bonnet, and a prominent front bumper that shows its attractive factor. 

• Up front, it gets an all-LED lighting consisting of headlamps, and DRLs.  

• Its side profile flaunts a clean surfacing, and a floating-roof style design element.  

• This car boasts 19-inch alloy wheels shod with radial tubeless tyres.  

• At the rear, the Gloster uses LED taillamps and a wide tailgate design that suits its full-size proportions. 

MG Gloster – Interior 

• Inside, the Gloster is spacious, with a premium cabin layout and soft-touch materials in the high-spec variants. 

• As the aforementioned seating capacities, the six-seater option gets captain seats in the second row.  

• Comfort features include ventilated and powered front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof. 

• On the tech side, this SUV features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. 

• Other features are Level-1 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, 360-degree camera, and an intelligent 4x4 system with seven terrain modes.

MG Gloster – Powertrain 

• The Gloster is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine, that is available in two options. 

• Firstly, the single-turbo option churns a power output of 158.79bhp and 373.5Nm.  

• On the other hand, the twin-turbo option delivers a power output 212.55bhp and 478.5Nm. 

• Both engine options come mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
