Ford has pulled the wraps off the 2018 Figo sedan for the South African markets, ahead of its launch soon. The 2018 Ford Figo sedan is the longer version of the Aspire subcompact sedan sold in India, and the updated model will be making its way to the Indian market later this year. It has to be noted that the Figo sedan and the sub 4-metre Aspire are both manufactured at the automaker's Sanand facility in Gujarat, with the Figo sedan exported to markets overseas.

The Ford Aspire facelift has been spied again and this time around we also get a sneak-peek of the new cabin, which now comes with a dashtop touchscreen infotainment system similar to the Freestyle and EcoSport.

Few recently surfaced images suggest that Ford India has ended the production of the current Aspire sedan at the Sanand plant in Gujarat. The images which appear to have been taken inside the manufacturing facility, show the last unit of the current Ford Aspire being rolled out of the production line.
