Tata Tigor Preview

The 2020 Tata Tigor facelift BS6 also gets the new grille and bumper, like the Tiago, while the new fog lamp housing now incorporates LED daytime running lights. The Humanity-line below the grille is finished in chrome and extends all the way till the headlamps on either side. With the Nexon facelift BS6, the subcompact SUV has lost its curvaceous styling for a more upmarket look. The new and upright grille with the chunky black bar in the middle and looks smart. The bumper has been reworked and includes a skid plate, while fog lamps get new housing and include the C-shaped chrome elements. The headlamps have been revised as well and get new LED daytime running lights. The Tigor now comes with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It also comes equipped with the Harman sourced sound system along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Tigor only gets a petrol engine and there’s a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated BS6 petrol unit that puts out 84 bhp and 113 Nm of peak torque.

really good car of indian roads and kmpl conscious indians. interior is more like tiago only. The steering is light and gear shift is easy like the hyundai cars. Suspension and drive on and off roads are really good. Decent turning radius and good corner stability control,.not much of a body considering the height and length of the car. Interior plastics are taken from tiago and are decent for the price, not to compare it with VW. As always Tata cars are sturdy and kerb weight is high compared to the maruti cars. Styling of the car is a major plus for this vehicle. Need to wait for the after sales support from tata.
