Introduction
- The Activa has been the best-seller scooter for Honda for several years.
- The 2025 edition is updated to comply with the new OBD2B emission norms.
- It also gets additional features to keep it relevant in the market.
- Available in three variants, STD, DLX, and H-Smart, the price of the scooter has also started going up.
Features and Equipment
- Even in 2025 the overall design has remained unchanged from the original version.
- However, now the DLX variant can be had with alloy wheels instead of steel wheels.
- These are the same seen on the top-end H-Smart variant.
- However, tech-wise, the latest update is in the form of a new 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity.
- It is compatible with the Honda RoadSync smartphone app.
- Also, it offers connected features like turn-by-turn navigation and call/message alerts.
- Notably, the TFT screen and connectivity features are only available in the top-spec H-Smart variant of the Activa.
- Another addition to the scooter's feature list is a USB Type-C charging port.
Engine and Gearbox
- Honda has made some minor changes and tuned the engine of the Activa.
- The internal changes to its engine have caused a marginal increment in its power and torque output.
- This OBD2B-compliant, 109.51cc, air-cooled engine produces 7.8bhp at 8,000rpm and 9.05Nm at 5,500rpm.
- The 2025 edition also gets an idling stop system to enhance fuel efficiency.

The Honda Activa 6G continues to be one of the most popular scooters in India, known for its reliable performance, fuel efficiency, and user-friendly features. The latest version, the Activa 6G, offers significant updates in terms of design, technology, and ride quality, while still retaining the trusted characteristics that have made it a household name. Priced between ₹73,400 and ₹75,400 (ex-showroom), it is a top contender in the 110cc scooter segment.
The Honda Activa 6G sports a more modern and refined design with subtle updates over its predecessor. The front end features an edgier headlight, now slimmer, and a revamped chrome accent on the apron, giving it a premium touch. The mudguard design is reminiscent of the Activa 125, while the side panels are updated with a sleeker, more streamlined appearance. The rear end also takes inspiration from the Activa 125, featuring a redesigned tail lamp.
Although the metal body retains its durable construction, some of the plastic components feel lower in quality, especially on the apron and footboard. However, overall, the Activa 6G offers a fresh, contemporary look that appeals to both younger and older riders
