The Arrival Car for Uber is expected to hit production by Q3 2023. It will be an affordable purpose-built EV designed for Uber drivers.

Home-grown utility vehicle manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra, reportedly plans to keep supporting its loss-making South Korean subsidiary, SsangYong's electric vehicle business. Mahindra, which is developing electric SUVs and powertrain on the new MESMA 350 platform, has said that it will supply them to SsangYong as per the Korean brand's requirement.

BMW & Ford have also made a commitment towards acquiring batteries based on the new technology from Solid Power for their future electric vehicles.
