Jaguar Land Rover To Move Discovery Production To Slovakia

Jaguar Land Rover announced in 2017, that from 2020 all its new vehicles will be electrified. The company will introduce a portfolio of electrified products across its model range, embracing fully electric, plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid vehicles.

    Formula E made its way to Zurich this weekend for the first time and Audi Abt Schaffler driver Lucas di Grassi took his first win of the season at the end of the Zurich ePrix. The Audi driver claimed the victory ahead of DS Virgin Racing's Sam Bird, while 2018/19 season leader Jean Eric-Vergne and pole-sitter Mitch Evans were hit by controversial penalties that pushed them at the bottom of the top 10 finishers. Meanwhile, Mahindra Racing's Nick Heidfeld showed some impressive pace today finishing sixth, while teammate Felix Rosenqvist crashed, taking another DNF this season.

    10000th Tesla Supercharger Inaugurated, Located in Canada
    Tesla has officially inaugurated its 10000th supercharger. Located in Belleville, Ontario in Canada, the supercharger was thrown open to public use on June 9, 2018. The Tesla Supercharger will support all three models that Tesla currently offers, the entry level Model 3 sedan, the larger Model S sedan and the Model X SUV. The Tesla supercharger will also support the upcoming Tesla Roadster 2 and the recently teased Model Y Compact SUV/ crossover that is due for a public reveal sometime next year and production / delivery in 2020. The Tesla supercharger however does not support the Gen 1 Tesla Roadster.
