While the company revealed the features on the new offering just yesterday, images of the Hyundai Venue have leaked online revealing the exterior design of the SUV. The all-new offering is a sub 4-metre Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Mahindra XUV300 rival, and the design takes a lot of cues from the automaker's global SUVs including the Creta and the Kona. In fact, influences of the latter are evident inclding the massive cascading grille, and the split headlamp design. The Hyundai Venue will get the company's 'BlueLink' connected technology and it will have 10 India-only features with a total of 33 connectivity features. Some of the features that BlueLink will offer in India are geo-fencing, speed alerts, SOS, panic notifications, destination sharing, and road-side assistance and so on. Hyundai said that it has tested its BlueLink technology rigorously in India, keeping the conditions in mind along with the needs of the customers. This also includes voice guidance and recognition in Indian-accented English which means that the software will be able to recognise spoken English from different regions in India. The Hyundai Venue will also have remote-control operated functions such as climate control, horn and headlamps on, vehicle status, engine start/stop and so on. car&bike Team | Mar 30, 2019Shelby Super Snake Could Be Shelby's First Offering In IndiaThe newest iteration of the Shelby Super Snake is based on the 2018 Mustang facelift and draws power to from Ford's 5.0-litre V8 engine. Shelby has added its own touch to the motor that now belts out 700 bhp thanks to a massive supercharger. In addition, the souped up version gets a Shelby extreme cooling upgrade including a radiator, aluminium tank, and heat exchanger. The car also comes with a short throw shifter for the manual version, and also gets a Ford Performance Exhaust and one-piexe drive shaft. The automatic version gets a separate cooling system too. It's unclear as to which version will come to India. We do hope both the manual and automatic transmissions are on offer.1 min read
